Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfortable. I got a free upgrade to a bigger room, which had a nice pink decor and was spacious. Proximity to public transport made it easy to explore the city. The early check-in option really eased my travel schedule. Even though the breakfast didn’t cater to gluten-free options, I appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the room. the lack of reception after hours and a sometimes noisy environment were points of concern. I felt slightly uneasy during late-night returns due to limited security measures in the area. if they improve on staff presence late and offer better soundproofing, this place could rank higher.

absolutely underwhelming. despite the hotel’s claims, the bathroom door was broken, and my supposed complimentary coffee was mysteriously absent. how disheartening! one might have expected a little something extra for the trouble of the awful check-in process, but alas, nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. what a letdown.
